Summer of Rock 2013

Speed of Sound Music will be offering its unique Summer of Rock program. This is a Summer Camp like no other where students learn all of the components of playing in a band from backstage to center stage. Students will study musicianship, songwriting, promoting their talent as a group and will have a rockin’ summer to remember.

The dates for ages 6-9 are 6/11 through 6/21 (Tuesday through Friday each week for two consecutive weeks) from 9:30am to 12:30pm. Included in the $250 tuition are daily snacks, a T-shirt, & a recording of the performance.

The dates for ages 10-13 are 6/11 through 6/21 (Tuesday through Friday each week for two consecutive weeks) from 1:30pm to 4:30pm. Included in the $250 tuition are daily snacks, a T-shirt, & a recording of the performance.

For teens, the dates are 6/24 through 6/28 (Monday through Friday) starting at 9:30am and ending at 3:30pm. Included in the $265 tuition are daily meals, a T-shirt, & a recording of the performance.

Model 1996 AFG (Amber Fireglo)
New to the vintage reissue line is the Model 1996. This reissue of the Rose Morris export version of the Model 325 was originally described as “a slim-line instrument with all of the features of model 1998 (340) but of smaller body dimensions." The 1996 features a 3/4 scale neck, Vintage Single Coil Toaster Top™ pickups, Accent vibrato and an "F-hole" that is faithful in size and placement to the original design. *Available in Amber Fireglo only (at no additional charge). **Model was only available for order in 2006, and is now discontinued.
